Every day we feel the friction of these structures chaffing against our dreams and deeper realizations of self. The path home begins with love and creating a meaningful, trusting, and accepting relationship with yourself. There is no other way; the path and the door exist within you. This work assists you in expanding and healing your sense of self, connecting more deeply with your inner knowing and self love, and actualizing one of your most basic birth rights: to live the fulfillment of who you are.
Areas of focus include experiencing greater fulfillment in your relationship with yourself and others, clarifying and healing somatic imbalances and holding patterns, feeling supported moving through challenging life circumstances, owning your power to create and express yourself, developing intuition, doing meaningful work, strengthening your clarity, receptivity, and personal responsibility, moving through grief, recovery, completing the past, and, most of all, experiencing greater well-being.
