Sessions seek to access, honor, & integrate the wisdom that is inherently within your emotional, mental, physical, & spiritual bodies so that you can heal, access your authentic sense of power, & live in a way that is nurturing, nourishing, & enlivening to you truly are. Areas of specialization include accessing one’s authentic voice & life’s work, clarity & personal responsibility, relationship, sexuality, intuitive development, grief & bereavement, somatic issues, risk taking & following one’s heart, creative expression, recovery, grounding, & identity shifts. Through a gentle, deeply relaxing hands-on healing technique, Reiki restores balance to the recipient's energy field & promotes the body's natural ability to heal through working at the source of the imbalance, whether it is physical, mental, spiritual, psychic, or in the subtle energy fields. MASSAGE My massage style incorporates a deep intuitive understanding of what your body needs to facilitate healing & integration that can range from soothing & nurturing to deeply releasing. Each session is a journey of sensation, recalibration, awareness, receiving, & letting go that aims to bring you into greater structural alignment within your body so that all the levels of your being may come into balance promoting your natural state of clarity & good feeling.
All sessions are offered for $80/hr. except for couples counseling which is $120/hr. Gift certificates are available.

Like everything in nature, our bodies are made up of vibrational patterns. When in a state of balance, harmony, & wellness our bodies are like old growth forests or pure, clear water: vibrant, energized, aligned, focused, thriving, alive. Any number of things (injuries, emotionally traumatic events, cellular memory, conditioned beliefs & responses, the ebbs & flows of our everyday reality, etc.) can impact & disturb our natural vibrational patterns &, over time, cause suppressed or blocked functioning in specific or generalized areas of our body & psyche, dis-ease, & even illness.
