These sessions are for folks starting entrepreneurial small businesses (such as counselors, bodyworkers, craftspersons, hairdressers, yoga teachers, or nutritionists), folks who already have such a business going and want support in helping their business to thrive, and folks who have creative/artistic dreams they want to birth. In these sessions you'll learn practical tools that will help you to create a solid internal structure and focus for your endeavor that will allow things to flow with greater ease, clarity and abundance. I will also share with you a variety of tools and tricks I've picked up along the way in my many years of being a holistic small business owner, counselor, teacher, and artisan. BODYWORK Like everything in nature, our bodies are made up of vibrational patterns. When in a state of balance, harmony, and wellness our bodies are like old growth forests or pure, clear water: vibrant and aligned. Any number of things (injuries, emotionally traumatic events, cellular memory, conditioned beliefs and responses, the ebbs and flows of our everyday reality, etc.) can impact and disturb our natural vibrational patterns and, over time, cause suppressions, blocks, or dis-ease in specific or generalized areas of our body and psyche. The intention of my bodywork is to promote your body's natural ability to heal through re-establishing a state of balance and structural alignment. Sessions can incorporate Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Reiki and can range from nurturing to deeply releasing.
